so the USA have in principle agreement re debt level - this should give the ASX a lift come Monday and reverse the poor market sentiment over last 2 months
positive market sentiment should flow onto the spec end of the market too and hopefully ICG will see an improving trend - testing the recent 3.6c high is very possible by COB next Friday
