RB had 12 years to do something with INCA he had multiple capital raises and steered the ship solely for years at his discretions. He is totally to blame for the shoddy performance of his company.
He lead INCA on a deep chase in both Peru & Mt Lamb, even after the Gov Hole 4 disclosed little and the last 5 meters of so called Chalcopyrite was not even present as stated he continued with the drilling program knowing we had limited budget to conduct the proposed drilling campaign.
He didn't cost out the Mt Lamb drilling campaign just spent like a drunken sailor until it was noticed funds were not covering the proposed and an empty account was where it was heading.
So you say RB was not to blame totally as the Managing Director.
Remember there was only 3 directors and 2 were palls and had feed of each for many years.
