impending drilling is much better than impending rock / soil sampling
a J/V for Fable would be most welcome too
when I look at a small cap stock, I consider what scope there is for it to double+ in share price over a short time frame - and yes ICG ticks this box. this still applies to the purchases late 2022 @ 3.3 [only 22 sellers under 6.6c - being double 3.3]
