1. See no merit in diverting funds from existing PM/BM (precious & base) projects to the phosphate game - JV the phosphate and REE exploration, retain the rest.
2. If funds are way low, decide which is better - JE or Mac Creek _ JV the latter (keep JE presumably) with a commitment from the JV partner to hurry the f... up with exploration!
3. Display a bloody sense of urgency!!!
