It seems to me that most people just need their hands held all the time.
Get a hobby, go wash the dog, take up golf or some other interest like metal detecting, but most importantly, stay off HC and constantly checking the sp.
Who knows how the drilling company is traveling?
They may have breakdowns with the rig or the weather may have held them up where they are or that company wanted them to go deeper.
Everyone should have worked out by now that when times are given for exploration companies that they are best case scenarios and are only ever met 10% of the time.
