Starting a thread that’s not a discussion of share price trends/charts etc but to engage at macro level economic/capital market discussion.
Been a holder since the 8 cent days and some food for thought for those that paid attention to the SPAC craze that hit the US in 2021; Prophyte Acquisition Corp has an April 2023 deadline to find its target, I’m yet to do my DD on the folks behind Prophyte but recall there being some links to ARR.. does anyone know?
On another note - 2023 set to be a interesting year, capital will continue to be more costly and institutional investors will be quick to avoid risk. Regardless of cost saving measures, ARR will need cash to get to the feasibility stages and the DoD won’t be funding that given they’re focused on the processing. If the board + management aren’t talking about ways to get on the NYSE, that would disappoint as those are prudent discussions they need to be having now. Unless Fidelity steps up to the plate.
