If there is a connection, I wouldn't be surprised if there is at least a tangential reference - even if it is just for VW to state that their decision to invest in further developing their infrastructure in Chattanooga was due to locally produced resources they'll be using.
But as stated above, there is no substantial evidence that confirms a real connection between NVX and VW... plenty of healthy conjecture though.
I think NVX Will not be making any announcements until AFTER VW makes one regardless of linkages.
