Not suggesting for a moment that they are no longer engaging with Panasonic and Samsung (who are tier 1s), I'm suggesting they have achieved some milestones with one or more tier 1 (e.g. new agreement signed with one or more tier 1)
Any tier 1 would be mad to walk away from a deal that is effectively done in this climate. They would be kissing their (often publicly stated) growth targets goodbye.
