Anyone else notice that the quarterly report indicates that NVX is at stage 2 of the DOE loan application and have submitted application for technical AND financial viability but this stage is made up of two parts. Part one being technical eligibility and IF INVITED, part two is financial viability. So we have to assume they were invited to submit the second stage detailed application for financial viability review. Given NVX has been offered $150 million US grant by the same organisation (DOE) than we may assume that it is highly likely that a loan will be offered in due course.
