My knowledge of Queensland's GNC sites is poor even though years ago I've been through quite a few towns that are among GNC's 183 national receival sites.
Good to see Miles (on the Toowoomba-Charleville western railway) has enjoyed 40.2 millimetres so far in April 2024, surpassed by a whopping 134.8mm in March, almost all falling near month's end. Is bogging of growers' or contractors' equipment a problem?
The 2023 winter harvest was poor for Queensland, reflected in tiny (historically speaking) totals for GNC.
So far (early days) the signs look better for 2024's, but DYOR.
