I wouldn't get too excited. It'll be some piddly amount, probably somewhat inline with what he could have paid in the SPP. He would need to lay out 200k to 500k to show any real commitment, or exercise all his options with strike price higher than current SP.
His words to a shareholder at one of the pump down under meetings last year ring true.....people should consider free carrying before PL6...Now we know it was in preparation for your incompetence.
