1. Its somewhat obvious they are reactionary rather than following a plan. Yes of course pivots are needed, but i think its fair to say they havent been truthful or transparent or downright incompetent along the way.
2. Yes it is punative. If i did as poor of a job in my leadership role, id be sacked, punitively....and to make room for a hopefully more competent replacement. Sack him, and go head hunt a replacement. Its not like its unheard of...and in fact quite common.
3. We arent close to the finish. We have the full run of infineon development as a minimum, plus then account for the backend, and more lots...we are here for another 2 years min. Ample time to find a better leader and reap the reward.
4. We have a leader now who knows nothing. Not only does he know nothing, he has a poor attitude to boot. Get someone smarter, more engaged with the industry, more engaged with shareholders and who can bring good comms, a good plan and deliver on it.
And as far as sending a letter to 4ds...why? Ive posted questions on the investor hub. Most are left unadressed, the rest are one word answers. So you think he is suddenly going to take note and do something?
He is on a gravy train, and knows the sentiment you expressed is the apathy that ensures he can do what he wants and not be held to account.
Anyway back to the tech. What are your views on the timeline? You said this close to the finish...how close do you believe we are?
