First they are telling us that they needed the CR, and then they do not do it.
Consequently, the market thinks it's gonna happen anyway. And people rush for the exit.
Now it takes balls of steel to buy in, because when the CR happens (it will surely happen eventually), it will have to be with a discount on top of the massive recent drop.
So, why not wait until they announce it to buy more cheaper ones?
