I really think the sales bonus should go altogether, or be directly linked to SP performance. Or get rid of it all together and issue them performance rights rather at certain SPs.
That and boot DM, this one is a given.
Some posters here were saying not so long ago that 4ds management had committed to better comms. Seems that was BS also.
Where are the big holders that used to comment here. Seemed to disappear the moment DM came under fire...interesting.
