You don't think anyone 'fled'? The SP would say otherwise! (down 60%) Some second and third degree burns there for many I imagine. God forbid we get a failure on PL6 - we will have some 'real issues' then.
The "leadership" is THAT BAD, and ignoring it is akin to condoning it. Ignoring it is why CEO's like this get re-elected, everyone just turns a blind eye. To Jock's point - major holders have a responsibility here to 'do the right thing'. Stay silent by all means, but if you vote for his re-election you're half the problem.
I suspect some people hang around because they believe in the tech / Ting. Not to mention the fact that almost all would be in the red now. If I owned a great Company and it had a shocking loss making year because the manager was incompetent and neglected his duties, I would elect to sack the manager, rather than sell the company for 0.032 cents in the dollar.
Discussions on potential applications and markets whilst potentially intriguing, don't in and of themselves, translate into anything tangible. Some more 'hopium' to distract investors from the pain that management has inflicted. I'd prefer there was less need to 'hope', because management was actually doing their job properly.
The risks here are substantial, so let's remove one of them i.e., poor management. in addition, if anyone thinks that DM is the best person to maximize the potential sale price, then......
