He likely sold them in 22 possibly as the SP may have been fair value or slightly expensive which he seam to time well honestly.
in 23 this price is likely a bargin in his mind likely why he has not sold these.
what was fair value for the company in 22 to what it is today can be debated like TJ and Jifbo arguing lol .
