Unfortunately commercial contracts are not like tenancy agreements that you sign on the spot.
I was part of a commercial team that signed one of the largest dairy agreements in OCEANIA - it took more than two years to sign it then it was reviewed and resigned after two years. All in all, it took four years to get the ball rolling.
BRN commercial contracts would be even more complex and I have never been privy to any large AI related contracts - lawyers, product performance, regulators, competition clauses, audit clauses, warranties, pricing and reviews are just a very few things that will just stall the process.
I actually think BRN would really be a TO target as opposed to commercialising. I am pretty sure this has been discussed before.
