turnover of staff is normal,

turniver if SENIOR sales/ marketing staff in 12 months or less for a tech company that has sales cycles of 3-4 years… not a good look.

imagine the big companies would not enjoy having to start fresh with the “new guy” every 12 months…

if they’re leaving on their own decision then that’s a massive reflection of how difficult the tech is to sell.

if they’re being escorted out by SEAN, then that’s a poor reflection on his ability to hire quality staff… we all know how Lucrative the employee share plan is. I can only imagine the bonuses that get paid after a solid sale…

of course we know sales are not happening.
