The value now is based on no trades and buyers. The moment their is some interest in the SP it will move quick. This is quite a normal low volume little interest pattern.
Values are based on the past none revenue.
2024 you will see an uptick in the revenues begin.
With a few IP deals things will move forth pretty quick.
Alot more going on then has been lead on but definitely poorly communicated.
