I think Tata Elxsi, with the massive amount of human resources will be the first to sign an IP license. It's not hard to envisage the technology being adopted across other Tata group businesses either.
From there I can see that with their existing relationships the product/s they develop will penetrate their target markets rapidly and as a result not only income but recognition will be forthcoming.
Once their is a first over the line IP deal signed I can envisage a few more in quick succession.
Key is of course the first one to get the ball rolling.
Not long to wait in my opinion.
