We are giving them skin in the game but what good is it when they are upping and going. Look at the last 2 sales guys, I'm not sure if they received RSU's or share incentives but obviously that wasn't enough to retain them for who knows what the reason was??? My point is that as a start up company, the employees that work for Brainchip should be driven by passion and being part of a success story (hopefully that is the theme here) not just by money.. If Brainchip are recruiting staff or management just solely based on renumeration or perks then there is something seriously wrong with the system. Employees are jumping on the ship to accumulate their many perks and shares, make a killing then jump off the ship! Why cannot there be a more modest system which is proportional to the company's stage of where its at? We certainly don't want to keep raising LDA cash thats no good for anyone. Capital must be managed effectively until revenues kick in.
