............at the moment the board makes recommendations on who they nominate to receive RSU & justification & then it gets approved by Pia, how can that be ethical?... previously they were getting RSU on milestones... that is more in line with the progress in achievements by individuals.... as they did not achieve that in a speedy manner they got rid of that.......so where is the sense even employing someone like PIa, as they give themselves RSU & they don't need to answer to anyone to justify that, so from the shareholders perspective, like it or lump it....
