I agree with this its actually one thing I see would limit the return over the next 5 years is a take over.
I would see possibly 2 parties taking a stab at this.
But cash in hand to the struggles we see are see for growth can make some feel inclined to take an offer.
in the end if one bought out BRN I hope they would be a public company I would invest in them.
time will tell the tale.
