Not even knowing that the capital raise is for $12 million not $30 million also points to an inability to properly question the Board.
I can just imagine you standing up at the AGM and launching into your attack on the Board over raising $30 million and being made to look like a complete fool when the Board points you to the fact they are only raising $12 million.
Your argument even if well founded would be defeated by your own apparent ignorance.
The one truth in business is that growing companies need capital to grow. It is just that simple.
The company is saying they are using the funds raised to add staff for various purposes. If a company is growing they need to increase staff to capitalise on that growth.
