Only board and Sean knows what is proposed. My understanding is proposal must be very good and that is why board accepted the same.
Regarding incentives, my assumptions is 5 years plan is fabricated to different stages and as long as those fabricated stages are met, it may term as perfirmance based incentives.
Buy again no one knows the plan other than board and Sean and we may know the same in future or may never know or understand the same.
Regarding PVDM and Anil vision I assume PVDM must be very satisfied as he moved to retirement than to fight our Sean.
Regarding old and new partnerships yes a lot of effort started before Sean but there must be something good that relationships are keep on going.
Just one question we sell 2 licences in the LDN era, but what could be possible reasons there is no royality income even after approx 4 years. It proves there were limitations in ip selling at that time. May be that is why company changed policy on ip signing since then and that is why are experiencing one of the longest dry spells.
