Get a board who can find the cheapest way to have a cip on the market.

Another negative 'I Reckon' post.
The 'I reckon' concerns are best addressed by email to the company and the response fed into a hold, add or sell decision.
If the Board was 'cleared' what do you think would happen to the share price, company morale, client perceptions etc.
I think posters who suspect you may be 'sleeping with the enemy', ie shorters would be forgiven.
