Right on, the CEO stays in the event of a strike spill. In fact, even if a new BOD was voted in, the probability is that even after reviewing Sean's plan, little or no changes would be made.
Frustrated holders ' reckon' they know it all when in fact its obvious the BOD is ticking off the progress to plan.
Also, spot-on when you point out a BOD strike spill would result in decimating the SP and set us back maybe years.
Clients want to see a stable company.
Normally at this stage it would only be shorters wanting the BOD thrown out
