a great question for the AGM.
has brainchip signed an IP license without an initial license fee.
we’ve been told by the chair of the board and the CEO have both publically stated that when a company signs a license they pay an upfront fee. Either you are calling them both liars Or brainchip has changed the business model again and has not informed the shareholders of this significant change in revenue model
