It says in the article "Brainchip is happy to help" however does the teaching of AI neuromorphic principles in this accelerator program to research students put us at risk in future as most of these smart students can develop their own AI once armed with such important knowledge?

They are providing the Al acceleraror for free in the hope that one of the uni students can make it work. Next stop, the local high school.
