Can you clarify as to why you expect Arm to pay Brainchip a licence fee if the Ethos U85 is Akida 2.0 ?
As at this point , I can only feasibly see Arm collecting licence fees from their clients for this ip , then forwarding a percentage collected to Brainchip .
All in my opinion ……
