It appears that you did not listen to the AGM presentations.
It was quite clear that Sean at the AGM put his nuts on the line by disclosing that a number of engagements were closing in on decisions. Sean had the balls set his own targets publicly.
If no deals are closed by the next AGM, then yes, there will be changes.
If a few deals land our way then all will be well.
