I used to follow this a lot, but not much now. IMO lost cause.

I have led as CEO several companies in the UK on AIM and in the USA on NASDAQ and CTO on NYSE.

My experience is that the primary communication is always via disallowed. And it's the law. Social media is critical of course, but is a marketing tool in my view.

America is not Australia.

Also in my view, when a company fails in its communications to shareholders and the market, that is when complaints increase. There are always nuisance posts, but to demand legally required announcements to decide on trading is not trolling I think. In my view, companies that fail to communicate are often run as if they are private companies.
