The ASX will not allow BRN to provide revenue estimates and timeframes in Announcements without providing evidence. If BRN directors make public statements of revenue estimates and timeframes and this causes a buying frenzy and the SP subsequently collapses the Directors may face legal action including a class action.
I understand that any details of NDA's cannot under any circumstances be released.
The most we can get is what Sean said at the AGM, ie deals are getting close to decision time. That does not mean we will win them all. The deals we do win may still take a while to generate revenue.
Apart from the above BRN communication is pretty full on. I constantly get BRN alerts on my phone every day. There are podcasts, presentations, email updates etc.
But one thing we will not get and should not expect at this time is revenue estimates and timeframes.
The above is exactly why BRN is still a spec and at cheap prices to buy. Can't have it both ways.
If you think BRN has a future then take advantage of low prices and consider buying if not its a move on.
If Sean provided some estimates a couple of years ago then he was wrong to do so at the time. He obviously has learned his lesson and best to move on from that.
