But is it BRN managements' "performance" that is at fault?

The problem with the whole Edge AI sector is that it is in its infancy.
There isn't much out there in the market in the way of true edge AI applications.
But, there are a lot of organizations deep into R&D trying to get their tech working and robust enough to put a product out into market.

And no sooner have they got something working - they see a better way to do it. Everyone is in learning mode.

We are beating-up the wrong people.

BUT! somebody will produce something and launch it first.

Then the pressure will be on; the companies funding the tech will be marching down to their labs and rounding-up the white coats and propeller heads and saying "Ok you nerds, stop fiddling and start producing!"

Nothing to do but wait.
