interesting take but yeah that’s the way it normally works blame the guy who’s leaving
The point is someone appointed Jens and it wasn’t me and the other point is he lasted just 12 months and he’s now the second sakes exec in quick succession like that.
Both appointments would probably have be signed off on by the CEO, and at least one was his choice
