Called R&D whether through a commercial venture or tertiary studies.
SNN processing is not a mature PnP product and applications, best fit end use devices, integration into existing workflows & manufacturing designed for CPU & GPU etc are still being worked on and refined.
I'd be happy if was just a PnP but tech changes like this just aren't.
