Not fraud but BRN has not been able to meet it's targets or promises yet.
The special secret meetings with only specific shareholders have not given any confidence.
CEO's selling of shares have not given any confidence.
IP deals are lagging.
Revenue is drying up.
Hopefully they can correct the issues and sign a deal soon and make an actual product.
It sure pays to keep a close eye on the investments... ask the shareholders in the above companies for further clarification.
