Softbank owns 88% of Arm Holdings.
Nvidia wanted to take over Arm Holdings for 45bn and regulator blocked it.2 years years ago.
imagine Arm taking over Brainchip for x10 0.20 or 2$.
This would represent just 1,3% of its present market cap and would control a big stake of edge AI market.
Arm Holdings could turn as relevant as Nvidia or even more. Reality is US would never allow Japan (Softbank) to dominate edge AI market and this has a low probability to happen.
