The BOD not only are responsible for ensuring BRN operates & is in compliance with corporation laws, the BOD is also a resource for guidance & support to the company executives.
Clearly you don't have the bladder control to back your own investment decisions. It's for the best you get out of your wet investment bed, ask mum to change your sheets then go and buy some blue chips.
