I do not suggest in any way shape or form that Brainchip has the capacity to tender for this 3 billion dollar defence contract.
The reason I encourage you to read this linked article is because the US Military is facing the problem with dealing with too much data that Brainchip has a solution for at the Edge by only processing relevant data and sending it as meta data for processing in the Cloud.
When you read the Gregor Lenz paper combining AKIDA to process only ships not ocean and clouds and then send the data regarding only ships to the Nvidia GPU he is confirming what Brainchip has said since day one and provides 90 percent of US Military’s intelligence processing problem:
