I think MM forgets that everything is subject to NDA……if somebody using Akida tells BRN that it is under-cooked, they just slip out the backdoor, no harm, no foul…………and then BRN go on the marketing campaign telling everyone that the are developing Akida (pick a number) based on customers (very loose term) feedback.
