No, they didn't, that's a lot of crap FJ,....... they went to the Bar & sat around drinking with Pia, Antonio, Tony, and Sean for quite a while & praising themselves how they screwed over the Shareholders even more with all those freebies, they seemed very happy how they got away with all that bullshit spin with that IP licenses & how it's going to materialise in the next three months or so if that was the case so why raise now? why not wait another month or two & raise after the Announcement, they knew that things looked bleak on the horizon, any fool could have told you that, I'll say that the IP license signing will be quite a while yet.......only an absolute Idiot would think that something is coming now, .....or we have an absolute Idiot for a CEO for doing a Cap raise right now..... ................
