Its absolutely possible BRN could list on NASDQ with what ever criterua they have and need and get exceptions its not out of the question.
I know Sean said they are happy with the ASX but what they say and what they do are completely different so its not out of the question for them to be working behind the door to complete this Just my opinion.
Strengthening this balance sheet was for a reason they have 2 years runway now. With a better opportunity for revenue to come.
So something is in the works imo.
Look at open AI they burn 6 billion annually its stated they could go broke olin one year. But im sure they will get funding all this in America.
Why would BRN not do this they are pushing edge servers and LLm which is very critical and the power saving would be huge.
Well let's see what happens the next few months its seems like the 22 million was happy to place their cash in BRN.
