Isn’t it the software stacks that take time to develop and are the main blocker to faster progress?
All the big monopolistic Semiconductors just have bigger budgets and teams to get things done a lot faster.
BRN probably needs enough appeal to a big Semicomductor to spend a few $billion to attract BRN to a TO and prepared to spend another $200mill R&D budget to get some actionable results.
First sign would be one of them taking a 20% stake in BRN through a CR.
