Chaos theory
This has been discussed many times.
If BRN disclosed who they were engaged with I suspect there would be a list of major global tech players and a long list of second tier significant companies.
All sorts of pointless speculation would begin and the share price would go crazy.
The ASX would have apoplexy.
And if these deals didn't come to fruition - more gnashing of teeth.
In any case, golden rule in tech selling - don't kiss and tell.
Best they didn't.
