Perhaps is IR from the company and communication in general, there wouldnt be so much concern for the performance of management, as we watch the share price crator each and every day? Information is everything, based on experience better communication would NOT eradicate dis, satisfaction with a falling price (due to no deal and also due to nil information, IMO), however it would placate for intelligent investors and give us more confidence in the people in the highly paid positions.
One thing that we have all witnessed , is that the silence from BOM & IR and only announcements regarding dilution and free shares to management, followed by sale of shares to pay tax and the mounting losses and burning of cash with no real overview of the companies progress, has added up to a bonanza for shorters and a share price that struggles with support. That is a fact and we have all witnessed.
Based on 30+ years of investing, BRN is hands down, the worst communicator to investors I have ever witnessed. As well they are the worst company when it comes to the promises it made at the last two AGM's where they earned two consecutive strikes, that they have not delivered on those promises. Remember, "we have listened to shareholders and will improve our communication? This has again, turned out to be lip service to placate very angry and frustrated shareholders. Even an ex board member wrapped them over the knuckles for failures in communication.
What conclusion to do you place on the BOM, when they promise but don't deliver two years in a row?
