That is very interesting...! One would normally conclude that the shorters would see too much upside and therefore too much risk to continue shorting the stock, or perhaps it is a tipping point in the liquidity in the stock, as it the average traded shares per day has nearly dropped by 2/3 in the last few months?
All speculation, but in my mind, such a dramatic reduction in shorting activity is actually a good sign for the prospects of teh company. time will tell and fingers crossed.
