dude your so full of rubbish it's not funny. if that was the case no new technology would ever be invented. it also easily possible for Tata to work with more than one partner. ARM and Akida are not direct competitors ether and would together in a solution. furthermore this is for automotive AI where the recent Tata is for health care. it's as if you haven't even read what your posting
