I have discussed this before, and so has plenty of others here Devo8, our board is useless and uninspiring.
Except when it comes to getting their unearned salary and perks, then they get pretty perked up.

They are absent otherwise.

They are absent for the company, for shareholders.

We have plenty of examples in the likes of discouraging comments from Viana.
We have Pia who is MIA most of the time for BRN, and only appears to ''Welcome'' Australians to Australia.
We have Sean who is all talks but no action, who has repeated to judge him on the results but then when it is time to judge, he dodges.

We also have multiple posters here increasing their post count on key time periods like AGM or Capital Raise, and then just like PIA they go MIA.

Shareholders need answers, but they have found the perfect excuse of NDA.

Those who need to answer are recruited under DEI.

So now we have a bunch of DEI recruits who are MIA like PIA thanks to NDA.
