That extract you’ve pulled from the Steve Thorn ’announcement’ is a company aspiration and IMO a very unrealistic one
I doubt that “make every device with a sensor AI smart” has been set as a position performance target. If it has that’s ludicrous

Lasted 12months and exited without a word from the company. So much for the words by Sean Hehir “I’m certain he is going to have a significant impact”
Sean said himself in the last quarterly update he was across all customer interactions & overseeing sales. Well sales performance so far is unacceptable simple as that and who’s responsible for that? The CEO
In terms of Jen obviously not the right fit for the company but who employed him as Senior Director Sales in the first place?
